ALPENRIND takes its responsibility for people, animals and the environment very seriously. We try to do our best by supporting, for example, social institutions with the supply of meat. We also support disabled sport and the Ronald McDonald children’s charities. In addition, we support the following projects:<\/p>\n\n

ALPENRIND is an official sponsor of the \u00d6BSV (Austrian Disabled Sports Association) and received the “BRONZE Plaque”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Butterfly children<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Particularly vulnerable, brave like little heroes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As their skin is as vulnerable as the wings of a butterfly, we call those affected by this serious skin disease “butterfly children”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this metaphor, we paint a positive picture of people with a life-threatening fate: children and adults who face life with optimism despite a variety of limitations<\/strong>, but who urgently need our solidarity and help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That’s why ALPENRIND is happy to donate 5,000 euros to the EB House in Salzburg<\/a> in 2024. There, the little heroines and heroes receive the best possible care and treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visit from Santa Claus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our “good” young athletes from the Tennengau not only impressed St. Nicholas, but of course also Krampus with their performances. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a thank you we gave them a bag and this great community picture for our homepage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salzburg Warming Room<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For us at Alpenrind, it goes without saying that we have been supporting the W\u00e4rmestube Salzburg with meat donations for many years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the Warming House, the Franciscans provide a refuge for those in need and donate food and warmth through the processing of our products. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We promote this social commitment on an ongoing basis and out of deepest conviction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our donation of \u20ac 1,500<\/strong> helps to ease the difficult time for children in hospital. We are proud to give seriously ill children what is most necessary for their healing besides medical care: the closeness and care of their parents and siblings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ALPENRIND supports the Schmetterlingskinder children\u2019s charity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Each year, ALPENRIND foregoes expensive Christmas gifts to customers and partners, and donates \u20ac 3,000 to Salzburg\u2019s EB-House<\/a>, a private clinic for Schmetterlingskinder \u2013 young people suffering from the incurable skin disease Epidermolysis Bullosa. With the help of donated funds, the association DEBRA Austria<\/a> funded the establishment of a clinic and, since its opening in 2005, also funded ongoing operating costs, material costs and the cost of laboratory equipment and research devices. Funding for the Epidermolysis Bullosa facility is solely based on donations.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Heating room Salzburg – people in need<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

ALPENRIND supports the W\u00e4rmestube Salzburg<\/a> with a monthly meat donation This enables the W\u00e4rmestube to provide people in need with the most basic necessities and to offer a warm meal.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Donation to kindergarten Lehen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Up to 90 children attend the Kindergarten Lehen every day. In order to encourage the creativity of the children, they regularly paint, draw and do handicrafts. The demand for painting and handicraft utensils is therefore correspondingly high. ALPENRIND has supported the kindergarten Lehen with 12 A4 paper boxes so that the children can put their painting skills on paper in an optimal and unrestricted manner.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The HBLA URSPRUNG<\/a> is an educational and training institution in the service of Austrian and European agriculture, environmental protection and environmental security. The graduates are optimally prepared for the high demands of the free economy. The promotion of future employees is particularly close to ALPENRIND’s heart. ALPENRIND has therefore provided financial support for the purchase of new dresses for 3LW.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

ALPENRIND supports the 2nd CELTIC-CITY-RUN in Hallein<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The CELTIC-CITY-RUN is a charity event for mentally and physically handicapped children as well as for the promotion of the Tri-Team Hallein. Social commitment is very important to ALPENRIND, which is why the event was again supported with a financial contribution this year.<\/p>\n<\/div>
